How Will My Artwork Be Shipped?
Raul offers two types of shipping for his original artwork, standard and premium shipping.
- Standard shipping: The artwork will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This method is especially safe and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.
- Premium shiping: The artwork will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from the Raúl’s studio to your home.
Can I order a commissioned painting?
Generally speaking, yes. But this is something that relies on Raúl’s current availability and needs to be discussed in a case-by-case scenario. So if you’re interested in ordering a commissioned piece, please contact us detailing your request and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
Will I get an authenticity certificate?
Yes all original paintings will arrive with a certificate of authenticity and Raúl’s actual signature.
